Does the salon service children? 

Yes – we welcome children accompanied by adults to receive our services. However, to ensure a relaxed, superior experience for all clients, we maintain a "no children" policy, unless being serviced.


What is your pet policy?

Our building maintains a strict no pets policy. Only service dogs will be permitted. 


Where is the salon located?

We are currently located in the City Center Building on Big Beaver road, directly on the northeast corner of Crooks. We are located on the first floor of the plaza, in the back of the building. Reserved client parking is available in the parking structure on the third level, next to the elevator and stairs.


What brand of hair color does the salon use?

We are a Redken 5th Avenue salon, meaning we primarily use Redken color lines on our clients.


Which beauty products does the salon carry?

We are proud retailers of products by Kérastase, Redken, Bumble & Bumble, Oribe and Keratin Complex Therapy by Coppola.


Does the salon accept walk-in clients?

Yes – we try our best to accommodate walk-in clients whenever possible, however, due to the busy nature of the salon, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment at least two weeks in advance.


Does the salon offer on-location services?

Yes – there is a location fee when our staff travel for on-location appointments. When booking on-location appointments, we request that clients speak with a manager.


Are all stylists certified to perform the Keratin treatments?

Yes – all of our stylists are certified in Keratin smoothing treatments. We also offer complimentary consultations for clients prior to receiving the service.


What is the salon's cancellation policy?

In order to maintain a timely schedule for all stylists and to better accommodate all clients, we require a 24-hour appointment cancellation notice. We reserve the right to charge any "no-show" appointments or late cancellations 50% of the service. 


What type of payment methods are accepted at Lance Vincent?

We accept cash or check, as well as Visa or MasterCard. 


Does the salon offer tipping on credit cards?

We do not allow for tipping or cash back on credit cards. 


Our Guarantee

Our talented staff takes pride in our beauty expertise and the quality of our work. Our salon guarantees client satisfaction with every salon visit. In the rare event that a client isn't entirely satisfied with their service, we request immediate notification. While we don't offer any refunds for services of any kind, we do kindly offer opportunities for adjustment.
